Flowers are such an appropriate gift to send to someone who is grieving the loss of a pet. I would like to thank the Layton Veterinary Hospital for their kind care of Lucy and their consideration of my feelings as well. Many of us are touched by the happiness that comes with pet ownership. It stings just as much when they leave us. The thoughtfulness of friends during this time is so appreciated. A beautiful flower arrangement or planter in memorium is a reflection of that thoughtfulness. Flowers for sympathy are a perfect way to express our feelings through mother nature’s beauty.

I recently lost a pet. Her name was Lucy, Lucy the Cat. To someone like myself, pets are companions that we become very attached to. I have been so grateful to those who have expressed sympathy and sent flowers after the loss of my sweet Lucy.
